We can support your project on any step of its lifecycle, be it the design phase, our functional consultants can help with requirement definition, creation of functional designs and overall help you understand how your business requirements map to existing Siebel solution and what additional development is required.
For the setup part of the project we could help define technical architecture, set up environments and tune Siebel server parameters. For the main part of configuration we could help configure the UI, BCs, User Props and scripting (our least favorite, but unfortunately almost inevitable).
